marshmallow fluff, what's that ?

Marshmallow fluff, also known as marshmallow creme, is a sweet, creamy spread that is made primarily from sugar, corn syrup, and egg whites. It's commonly used as a topping for desserts, a filling for cakes and pastries, or as a dip for fruits. It is also famously used in the "fluffernutter" sandwich, which combines peanut butter and marshmallow fluff on bread

history of one of my favorite sweet

Marshmallow fluff was first created by Archibald Query in Somerville, Massachusetts back in 1917. After selling his recipe during the 1920s to H. Allen Durkee and Fred L. Mower, it became widely popular and remains a beloved treat today among americans.

why do i love it so much ?

marshmallow fluff is one of my favorite meal, i literally have a stock of marshmallow fluff to stand for weeks. i remember i used to buy it at carrefour ( french walmart )in the closest departement store from me : qwartz in villeneuve la garenne , where i used to live when i was a kid ( from my birth until i turned 7 ?) before i moved to paris with zadig. it brings me lots of eerie childhood memories and souvenirs. i love how it tastes in general, sweet and its light and airy texture ( feels like i'm tasting clouds )( clouds don't have taste, too bad this joke can't work )

the departement store of my early childhood , based in villeneuve la garenne in the departement of the hauts de seine (92) , france

...nowadays ,i don't buy my marshmallow fluff in this carrefour because.. they don't have the original anymore. they now sell another variant called "lenny's" and i don't want to play the grumpy elitist but i think the original in stores is WAYYYY better. the taste is quite different but not really better in my opinion. i can tell you guys they lost a loyal customer...me.. ( i boycot carrefour anyways )
